Do you know about the requirement called Any Willing Provider (or Any Willing Doctor or Hospital)?
Definition: A requirement that a health plan contract for the delivery of health care services with any provider in the area who would like to provide such services to the plan's enrollees.
However, the doctor, hospital, or other health care provider must also to accept the plan's terms and conditions related to payment and that meets other requirements for coverage.
